are in your hands with a commission-based payment structure,
allowing you to determine your income. We offer a 1st Year Bonus of
$24,000, and in 2025, our 12,000 agents earned an average of
$124,000. Your salary will be based on performance and includes
benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a
pension. Compensation: $70,000 - $124,800 at plan yearly
Responsibilities: Support your portfolio of clients to uphold their
financial plans Engage with the local community to educate
individuals about our financial products and services Acquire
knowledge of effective prospecting techniques Broaden your
professional network using established name-gathering methods
Participate in training sessions and skill development programs
Maintain active Life and Health Licenses in North Carolina Obtain
additional licenses like SIE, S6 or S7, & S63 to expand your
business opportunities Collaborate with businesses, families, and
individuals Qualifications: Seeking individuals who exhibit
