Job Description:
Aramark, a global leader in food service, facilities, and
uniform services, is seeking a proactive and experienced Regional
Finance Director to oversee financial operations within the
hospitality and travel sector. The ideal candidate will contribute
to Aramark's commitment to excellence and innovation by enhancing
financial performance, optimizing resources, and delivering
strategic insights to drive business growth across the region. Lead
and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
processes across the region. Ensure compliance with all legal,
regulatory, and Aramark's internal financial and accounting
policies and procedures. Develop and implement financial strategies
aligned with the company's business goals. Provide leadership in
the reduction of operational costs and the maximization of
efficiency. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and
analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts. Guide
financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing
policies and procedures. Enhance and implement financial and
accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems. Hire,
train, and retain skilled finance staff. Serve as a key point of
contact for external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
Deliver insightful reports and analyses to senior management to
facilitate decision-making. Advanced competency in financial
management and accounting principles. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication
skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel
skills. Ability to manage budgets and prepare financial reports.

401k Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification is
strongly preferred. MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is
advantageous.
