us! Job Description: This job is responsible for supporting the
delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes through
project management and operations support. Key responsibilities
include closely collaborating across different stakeholders and
functions, executing on direction from day-to-day leaders,
developing digital features, preparing for go-to-market, monitoring
post-launch health, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
performance. Job expectations include applying knowledge and
digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business
problems. Bank of America’s Digital Platform team is seeking a
strategic and data-driven Sr. Digital Associate to accelerate
decision-making across our Mobile App, Online Banking, and virtual
financial assistant (Erica). This high-impact role interfaces
directly with business leaders to deliver actionable insights,
forward-looking intelligence, and frameworks that shape the future
of our digital platforms. Responsibilities: Delivers world-class
software solutions within time, scope, and budget by following
established project management practices, such as planning,
supervision, risk mitigation, and issue resolution Provides ongoing
operational support by ensuring the day-to-day health of digital
capabilities, including resolving defects, routing complaints, and
monitoring performance metrics Ensures all policies, procedures,
and processes are followed when delivering software solutions
Drives Agile routines including increment planning, standups,
grooming, and retrospectives Communicates effectively and in an
engaging manner with stakeholders, partners, and teammates Builds
and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in
order to effectively navigate the bank and ensure successful
delivery of assigned work Acts independently, when proactively
actioning on guidance and feedback Deliver diagnostic analysis of
platform adoption, engagement, and capability performance for
executive audiences Lead strategic analyses and present
recommendations that influence business direction Build end-to-end
models and solutions to support business cases, strategic planning,
and client experience optimization Drive the design, implementation
& support of our data systems, including interactive
models/visualizations and self-service analytics to support
business intelligence and decision making Prepare and complete
action plans; implementing production, productivity, and quality
standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining
system improvements; implementing change Evaluate and integrate
cutting-edge tools to enhance decision-making and business
processes Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance,
growth, and planning Collaborate across teams to drive digital
adoption, engagement, personalization, and deepening Required
Qualifications: 2 years of relevant experience Strategic thinker
with strong tactical planning and project management skills
Proficient in diagnosing complex problems and anticipating
potential issues Familiarity with digital and financial services
businesses Excellent communication, presentation, and story-telling
skills, including the ability to interface with all levels of the
organization, leveraging advanced written, verbal and presentation
skills Desired Qualifications: Self-motivated problem solver with a

range $76,800.00 - $124,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be
determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
