What You'll Do: Champion a great client experience Manage, plan, and coordinate the practice’s daily operations Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment Partner with the Managing Veterinarian and Regional Operations Manager to develop long-term goals Coaching and mentor the staff and provide feedback and performance reviews Champion the culture and financial health of the hospital You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred MBA or CVPM a strong plus 3–5 years of management experience A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine investment in team and practice success Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and empathy Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and follow through to completion Confidence in setting expectations and holding team members accountable while maintaining a supportive environment High emotional intelligence and the ability to foster positive, productive relationships at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Practice Management Software Benefits Generous compensation Relocation bonus Flexible schedules Paid time off Health | Dental | Vision insurance Life insurance 24/7 access to our peer to peer mental well-being platform, Kindly Human.
