Job Description:

Position Summary The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the associate dean for development and work with the administrative support team to prepare travel authorizations, reimbursements and other documents as needed for fundraising efforts. This position serves as the backup to the receptionist as needed. Required Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Applicants should be detail oriented with the ability to handle confidential matters. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience * Related work experience * Experience working in a higher education environment * Calendar management and knowledge of database management Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
