Leader who’s equal parts plant lover, crew motivator, and jobsite
pro. You’ll work alongside our talented designers and operations
team to bring beautiful, high-end landscapes to life across the

someone to lead and manage our landscape crew. Compensation &
Benefits: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience Health

Landscape Garden Install Leader your responsibilities will include:
You love working with plants and people Lead and work alongside a
crew of 2–4 awesome teammates. Turn detailed landscape designs into
real, stunning gardens. Track daily tasks, hours, and materials
like a pro. Operate fun toys (ahem… equipment) like mini
excavators, skid steers, and compactors. Drive light-duty dump
trucks and practice safe trailering methods. Keep tools, trucks,
and the shop organized and ready to roll. Communicate with our
production manager to keep every project running smoothly. Required
Experience: 2 years landscape installation Valid Driver’s License
with a clean driving record Ability to operate basic landscape
equipment Ability to drive a light-duty dump truck and have
trailering experience Ideal Qualifications and Skills: 3-5 years
installation experience in Landscape Construction Strong
communication skills (Spanish a big plus!). A passion for plants,
teamwork, and creating beautiful spaces. A degree in horticulture
or related fields is a bonus, not a requirement. Supervisory
Responsibilities Yes Physical Demands The position requires various
physical activities, including prolonged standing, walking,
stooping, crawling, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing,
reaching, grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending,
twisting, and handling. Other requirements include talking,
hearing, depth perception, manual dexterity, and a wide field of
vision. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. Work Environment The
physical demands of this position include being exposed to various
outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity. You
will encounter fluctuating weather patterns and work in both wet
and dry environments. This role also involves frequent exposure to
high noise levels from equipment and machinery, as well as
vibrations from the use of power tools. Additional environmental
exposures include: Proximity to moving mechanical parts, such as
lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment. Potential
exposure to electrical hazards, particularly when working near or
with electrical systems (e.g., lighting or irrigation systems).
Atmospheric conditions, such as dust, pollen, and fumes from
machinery, fertilizers, or chemicals, requiring proper safety
measures. Risk of electrical shock when using certain power tools
or working around electrical systems. Working on or near wet,
slippery surfaces, or uneven terrain, which may increase the risk
of slips and falls. Bee stings and other bug bites Reasonable
