Job Description Job Description Salary: Competitive Company Overview: Edison Foard is an 86-year-old Charlotte-based commercial general contractor. We are seeking to hire a fulltime, Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level with the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship. Responsibilities Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15 - $40 M annually Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project Lead the project team client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. Managing overall project document control Plan and coordinate construction activities Evaluate risk Requirements: Bachelors degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 10 years commercial general construction experience.
