Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and manage all aspects of the Resinous Flooring Division's operations, ensuring profitability and growth. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Oversee job site inspections before and after project completion to ensure quality and safety. Forecast financial performance weekly, monthly, and annually; manage division P&L. Resolve installation challenges promptly and effectively; communicate clearly and consistently with employees, customers, and senior management. Recruit, retain, and develop top talent; conduct goal setting and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Review and maintain safety documentation, DOT compliance, and safe work plans. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and corporate leadership to ensure project success and client satisfaction; review project proposals to define timeframes, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation. Drive business development and foster strong relationships with General Contractors and clients; uphold and promote a positive company image.
