Pay: $60,000 – $95,000 / year Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour

Tech who’s sick of the dealership grind, chain store chaos, or

Doug Rogers. My wife and I own Autohaus , a big and growing
independent shop in NW Raleigh. We’ve been doing this a long time,
and we’ve built a place where good people can do great work —
without burning out or playing games. Here’s the deal: You work 40
hours. No weekends. Period. We pay 100% of your health insurance.
Not a typo. You get paid training, vacation, and a retirement plan
that’s not an afterthought. You’ll work alongside sharp A Techs who
are happy to teach — not treat you like competition. We’re not
looking for warm bodies. We’re looking for someone who can hustle,
install parts right the first time, diagnose basic issues, and
still have enough humility to learn the rest. If you’re on the edge
of A-level work, our in-house training will get you over that line
— with no B.S. and no bootcamp screaming. We don’t run a chain. We
don’t answer to corporate. We run a single location, with a single
mission: treat our people right so they can do right by the client.
