This role involves assessing project requirements, estimating costs, managing project timelines, and overseeing the successful completion of fence installation projects. The ideal candidate should have a construction background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams. Experienced in fence installation and project management. Have general knowledge of the construction industry. Must be well organized and able to manage multiple projects and personalities. Have a positive attitude. Have the ability to think quickly and problem solve. Be competent in Microsoft Office. Be able to work well in a team environment where situations and demands change daily. Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Performance Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments of project sites to determine fence installation requirements. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and construction teams to understand project specifications and expectations. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the installation projects. Generate comprehensive project proposals. Oversee the entire lifecycle of fence installation projects, from planning to completion. Procure necessary materials. Develop and maintain project schedule. Regularly communicate project status updates to clients and internal teams. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Provide clear instructions and guidance to installation teams. Always promote safety and quality. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize productivity and efficiency. Ensure fence installations meet our standards, local codes, and client specifications. Conduct inspections to guarantee the quality of workmanship and address any deficiencies promptly. Must complete 1 hour of continued education a quarter.
