Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer
Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is an
excellent communicator who is passionate about providing
outstanding service and resolving customer issues. This position is
responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and other
service-related matters in a timely and professional manner. Key
Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,
chat, or in person, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy,
escalating issues when necessary. Maintain comprehensive product
and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Process orders, modifications, and requests accurately in the
company’s system. Keep detailed records of customer interactions
and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Identify and
report any recurring issues or trends to the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer
needs effectively. Uphold the company’s commitment to high-quality
customer service. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school
diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay
calm and efficient under pressure. Proficiency in using customer
service software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer
interactions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including
