Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12
school setting located in Roanoke, Alabama. This contract role runs
from the start date ASAP through May 22, 2026, serving students
from PreK to 8th grade. The position requires onsite work with a
caseload consisting primarily of younger school-aged children. Key
responsibilities include: Providing speech-language pathology
services to students in accordance with individual education plans
(IEPs) Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine speech
and language needs Developing and implementing treatment plans to
address communication disorders Collaborating with educators,
parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintaining appropriate documentation and complying with state and
federal regulations Desired qualifications and experience:
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with the
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience
working in school settings, ideally with K-8 age groups Familiarity
with caseload management and individualized student interventions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively
with students and school staff This role offers a flexible,
part-time schedule with 16-24 hours per week onsite, ideal for
