Job Description Job Description Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher
of the Visually Impaired certification and 1 years Teacher of the
Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is
for a qualified Teacher for the Visually Impaired to serve a group
of 20-23 students with diverse needs. The position is based onsite
in Lillington, NC and requires travel to support the students
effectively within the school district. Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction tailored to students with visual
impairments Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers and support
staff to enhance student learning Utilize assistive technologies
and adaptive materials appropriate for visually impaired students
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Qualifications: Active North Carolina Teacher of the Visually
Impaired (TVI) license or certification is required Experience
working with students who have visual impairments Strong
communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with
students, families, and staff Ability to work onsite full-time in
Lillington, NC Position Details: Location: Lillington, North
Carolina Hours: 37.5 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 Onsite
