ESOP Employee owned 401k Above market pay Full benefits for you and family Major opportunity for growth Job Details MUST HAVE - VA Registered PE preferred or ability to obtain licensure in Virginia within 6 months BSCE from ABET accredited engineering program Excellent engineering design, written, and communication skills Minimum of 12 yrs of technical experience and 5 years of project management and client services experience Experience with VDOT and municipalities is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and manage multiple transportation design projects Develop project schedules and budgets Supervise design team members Provide quality assurance to meet design criteria and regulatory requirements Business development and team management Assist in developing Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), technical proposals, and presentations Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, government, and regulatory agencies Working knowledge of design plan preparation using Open Roads Design, GEOPAK and MicroStation Interested in hearing more?
