Job Description Job Description About Us Rifled Air Conditioning is a premier provider in the bus air conditioning industry, specializing in the manufacturing, installation, service, and sales of high-performance bus AC systems. Located in High Point, North Carolina - Rifled Air is currently seeking Bus A/C Systems Technicians to join our team! Description of the role: The Bus A/C Systems Technician role will be responsible for installing and maintaining air conditioning systems in buses. This role requires in-depth knowledge of bus A/C systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities: Install new air conditioning systems in buses according to manufacturer specifications Troubleshoot and repair existing bus A/C systems Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues related to the A/C systems Keep accurate records of work performed Requirements: Multi-Faceted in A/C Systems Installation (interior, plumbing, engine bay hookup, etc) Strong knowledge of bus air conditioning systems and their components Electrical Component Knowledge Must have 2 years of previous experience in A/C Installation or similar role Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail Benefits: Competitive Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour Opportunities for growth within the company Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Rifled Air Conditioning is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, disability, age, sex, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by law.
