About the role Are you an experienced and visionary Fiber Network Engineer with a passion for telecommunication construction? We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and join a team of dedicated engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTTH, FTTB, and strategic planning. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our organization. Responsibilities As a Fiber Network Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing the design, development, and implementation of our fiber network. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of FTTH and FTTB networks. Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the performance and reliability of our networks. Collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Providing technical expertise andguidance in resolving complex network issues. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Continually evaluating and improving ourprocesses and systems to increase operational efficiency. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strongleadership skills and strategic thinking abilities. The qualifications for this role include: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an OSP Engineer in the telecommunications industry. Proven experience in FTTH and FTTB network design and construction. CAD Experience (AutoCAD Civil 3d) Extensive knowledge of telecommunication construction and network engineering. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management. Exceptional team leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
