Job Description Job Description ABLE Services is seeking an
experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician / HVAC Service Technician
to support multiple contracted commercial sites, including
fast?food, retail, fitness, and other energy?intensive
environments. This role will focus heavily on preventative
maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and energy?efficiency
optimizations for HVAC systems across a wide geographic territory.
Extensive travel is required. This technician will serve as the
frontline expert ensuring customer locations operate efficiently,
benefit from upgraded building systems, and maintain high standards
of comfort and reliability—aligned with industry?leading
energy?efficiency practices, such as the deployment of
high?efficiency HVAC units, LED retrofits, smart thermostats, and
remote building monitoring technologies. Compensation: $ 35.00 - $
40.00 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range

\u007C Staff & Management Key Responsibilities: HVAC Maintenance &
Repair Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on RTUs, split
systems, heat pumps, and other commercial HVAC equipment across
multiple locations. Diagnose system malfunctions, identify root
causes, and perform corrective repairs to restore reliable
performance. Replace or upgrade aging rooftop HVAC units with
high?efficiency systems, consistent with industry practices that
more than double typical efficiency baselines. Install and
configure smart thermostats and related building control devices
used for predictive management and remote monitoring. Energy
Efficiency & Optimization Support the operation of energy?optimized
facilities, including systems equipped with LED lighting,
high?efficiency refrigeration controls, and intelligent building
sensors. Utilize remote monitoring dashboards (when applicable) to
identify inefficiencies, equipment faults, or unusual usage
patterns and respond proactively. Partner with the broader
operations team to ensure HVAC assets contribute to customer
energy?reduction goals consistent with modeled efficiency
improvements of up to 30–40%. Field Mobility & Customer Interaction
Travel frequently throughout assigned territories to service
multi?site commercial customers (QSR, retail, fitness centers,
small?to?medium enterprise environments). Provide professional
on?site support, explain findings clearly to store operators or
managers, and ensure exceptional customer experience. Coordinate
scheduling, routes, and service timelines to maximize productivity
and minimize customer disruption. Equipment Installation &
Commissioning Assist with installation and commissioning of HVAC
and related mechanical systems, including sensors, controls, and
energy?efficient building equipment. Perform system testing,
verification, and performance checks to ensure proper operation
following upgrades or repairs. Document all work performed and
maintain accurate service reports. Qualifications 3–5 years of
hands?on commercial HVAC service experience; strong diagnostic and
troubleshooting ability. EPA Universal Certification required.
Experience with RTUs, heat pumps, economizers, and commercial
control systems. Strong understanding of energy?efficient
equipment, smart thermostats, and modern building automation tools
preferred. Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and
manage a high?volume service workload across multiple sites. Valid
driver’s license with clean driving record. Skills & Competencies

high?mobility role servicing multiple customer locations daily or
weekly. Extensive travel required—primarily within the assigned
region, with occasional overnight travel depending on workload and
