In this vital role, you'll work on maintaining our world-class production lines that produce favorite brands like Cheez-It®, RXBAR®, and Eggo®. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns during production Record and document completed maintenance tasks and system performance Work closely with production staff to minimize downtime and improve productivity Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all tasks Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations and sustainability efforts Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Experience with automation and control systems Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for repair and maintenance Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, or a related field is advantageous Training or certification in PLC programming and HVAC systems is beneficial
