As a Joint Fires SME, you’ll bring your tactical expertise to work on projects for synthetic environment training. You’ll support live virtual constructive training and exercises to help prepare the warfighter for Joint Fires missions. You’ll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , processes, that help develop the tactics, techniques, and procedures the supported units utilize. You’ll guide the work we do for mission rehearsal in the synthetic environment and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning. You served your country as a seasoned Terminal Attack Controller—now, continue your mission with us. You Have: Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and Kinetic Strike operations Knowledge of how to leverage robotics and autonomous systems to integrate with C5ISR technologies to enhance mission success in Irregular and Unconventional Warfare environments Ability to confidently convey information and provide recommendations to senior staff and military offi cia ls to enable executive-level dialogue and national decision-making options TS / SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Joint Terminal Attack Controller Certification Nice If You Have: Experience as a Fires Support or Targeting Officer Knowledge of policy pertaining to the standardization of readiness for spe cia l operations forces Ability to manage a program JTAC Instructor Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
