following job description: The Director of Data Center Facilities
executes enterprise data center strategy across a mission critical
portfolio, driving capacity delivery, financial performance, and
disciplined program execution. This role owns portfolio planning,
capital and operating financials, program management, and
governance for owned, leased, and multi tenant data center assets.
The Director leads complex, multi year initiatives and major
projects, establishes strong risk management and control
frameworks, partners across technology, finance, legal, risk, and
operations, and delivers clear, data driven recommendations to
senior leadership to enhance critical operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential
functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major
and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may
change from time to time. 1. Manage a team of critical facility
service providers directly accountable for the deployment of
ongoing building and facility services, supported by strategic
vendor relationships, to provide safe, reliable, and available bank
assets and operations as well. 2. Oversee the structure,
governance, and execution protocols necessary to deliver
centralized project and program management services for Mission
Critical Facilities. 3. Ensure effective utilization of the asset
lifecycle management program to optimize capital improvement
spending while extending the useful life of building and equipment
assets through monitoring, preventive maintenance, and performance
tracking. Leverage asset data to identify and prioritize
infrastructure capital projects that support long-term operational
efficiency and delivery of new Critical Facility assets. 4. Serve
as the primary point of contact for internal real estate partners
and building occupants, delivering a high level of client service
for all facility-related services and ensuring alignment with
operational objectives with Technology. 5. Make leadership and
operational decisions within established policies, procedures, and
organizational objectives, exercising sound judgment and
accountability. 6. Solve routine and non-routine problems of
moderate to high complexity by evaluating alternatives and applying
experience, judgment, use of AI and established precedents. 7.
Identify and resolve technical, operational, risk management, and
organizational challenges, escalating issues as appropriate and
driving effective resolution. 9. Represent the organization in
Mission Critical real estate and facility management professional
organizations and associations, supporting industry engagement and
best-practice awareness. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications:

essential functions. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,
Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or
equivalent education and experience 2. Minimum of 7 years of
progressively responsible experience in facilities, real estate,
mission?critical infrastructure, or related disciplines 3.
Demonstrated leadership of complex portfolios with significant
capital, operational, and risk exposure 4. Strong financial acumen,
including ownership of budgets, forecasting, financial reporting,
and analytical modeling 5. Proven ability to establish and operate
within strong program governance and control frameworks 6.
Exceptional communication skills, including experience preparing
and delivering executive?level presentations and materials 7.
Ability to lead cross?functional initiatives across technology,
finance, legal, risk, and operations 8. Demonstrated success
delivering large, multi?year programs and projects at scale 9.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise reporting tools
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel Preferred
Qualifications: 1. MBA or other advanced graduate degree in
Business, Finance, or a related discipline 2. Direct experience
managing or supporting mission?critical or data center portfolios,
including multi?tenant environments 3. Experience with portfolio
scope refinement, standardized forecasting, and long?range capital
planning ] 4. Strong background in program governance, financial
reporting, executive dashboards, and decision?support modeling 5.
Working knowledge of data center design, construction,
commissioning, and delivery, including critical electrical and
mechanical systems 6. Experience aligning facilities strategy with
technology and infrastructure roadmaps 7. Demonstrated oversight of
third?party risk management, vendor governance, and contractual
compliance 8. Familiarity with real estate leases, multi?tenant
agreements, and legal considerations affecting critical facilities
9. Experience with risk engineering, resilience planning, and
disaster recovery for highly available environments 10.Background
in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated
