Responsibilities
- Responsible for helping and supporting in the office which can
include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and checking references
for candidates based on departmental business needs and
requests
- Regularly providing training and guidance to other team members
who call in needing assistance
- Proactively maintain PR aspects, marketing, and promotion of
agency through ads, websites, social media, etc.
- Proactively maintains hiring and recruiting in the office
- Regularly make phone calls and set appointment times for
potential employees for hiring managers
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Position
Requirements

- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle
multiple responsibilities
- Education recruitment: College degree preferred, but not
required
