Job Description:

Oversees various information system projects of a highly complex nature. Responsible for assembling project team (primarily Business Analysts), assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project.Ensures team's capture of business requirements is accurate and comprehensive to permit clear understanding for related development.Demonstrates and develops team member ability to present comprehensive, concise documentation with diagrams and flows, appropriate for audience at varying levels, both business and technical.Evaluates the effectiveness of project team in accomplishing project objectives. Capacity and desire to grow from individual contributor to manage staff.License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S.
