A company is looking for an Executive Communications & Marketing
Director.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with internal stakeholders to define communications
objectives aligned with business goals
Develop and implement high-impact communications plans and
campaigns
Analyze communication effectiveness and improve processes based on
insights and data
Required Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen, with experience working with the Federal
Government
Minimum of 8 years in communications, focusing on internal/employee
communications
6+ years of management experience, including 2+ years as a
second-level manager
Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related experience with a
writing/editing emphasis
Proficiency in MS Office suite
