The Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer is a key member of the IAM team and responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management technologies. The Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer is also responsible for the continued development of the IAM framework and strategy as well as the creation and maintenance of technical design and process documentation. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills, detailed working knowledge of current and emerging IAM and related technologies, and familiarity with implementing IAM solutions for a regulated business environment. The IAM Engineer must be highly knowledgeable about the technical infrastructure environment and must ensure that Information Systems are proactively deployed in a fully functional, secure mode. Primary Responsibilities and Activities: * Design, development and implementation of the company's global Identity and Access Management Framework. * Lead IAM initiatives with the ability to work independently. * Research and recommend emerging technologies and tools in the IAM space to address current and future business requirements. * Provide guidance for IAM processes and solutions to business and IT partners. * Create and maintain documentation as it relates to IAM designs/configurations, processes, and requirements. * Collaborate with senior management and department leaders to assess near and long-term IAM needs. * Develop and maintain partnerships with key vendors to ensure that service levels are understood and met. * Mentor junior members of the IAM and overall Information Security team. * Proven experience and success with current and emerging IAM technologies including automation, Identity Lifecycle Management, SSO, Identity Federation, authentication/authorization, role/policy-based access and governance, LDAP and virtual directories, privileged management, etc. * Proven experience and success with managing IAM technology and process implementation. * Proven experience with IAM concepts & enterprise directory architecture and design best practices. * Expertise with the .NET framework and programming/scripting languages such as VB.Net, C#, Java, SQL, PowerShell etc. * Proven project management and organizational skills, specifically managing multiple, concurrent projects. * Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. * Highly self-motivated and directed professional, with keen attention to detail. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Strong customer service and solution-focused orientation. * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Hands-on experience with Siteminder, WAM, SAML, OAuth/OIDC and other SSO platforms and technologies. Preferred Skills: * CISSP or other industry certification highly desired. * Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL and SDLC desired. **Requirements** License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S.
