Job DescriptionFull-time position now available in our Burlington center offering the opportunity to provide patient care utilizing a breakthrough treatment modality for treating depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS Therapy. Greenbrook TMS is seeking an individual who will be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager.Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients - training is provided
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
• Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAAMinimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least one year in a patient care/mental health office setting, or
  • a HS Diploma or Associate's degree and at least 2 years in a patient care/mental health office setting
  • at least one year Medical Assistant or Mental/Behavioral Health experience preferredPreferred Experience and Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Billing software knowledge
    • Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers & medical necessity guidelines are preferred, but not required
    • Clinical Interviewing
    • Basic Life Support Certification - will be providedCharacteristics of our employees:

      • Physically able to stand on feet for many hours at a timeThis position will primarily work out of the Burlington center but may require travel to other centers in the region as needed.
