Job Description:
State of the art dental office, located in Burlington, is
looking for an experienced, dedicated, compassionate, patient
focused, and detail oriented Dental Front Desk / Patient Services
Coordinator. Current opening is for a permanent, full-time position
working 4 or 5 days at approximately thirty-two (32) to forty (40)
hours per week. We are a non-corporate, primarily fee for service
practice focused intently on providing exceptional patient care
through a great patient experience. We want our employees to have

provide a wide range of dental services including preventative,
perio., pediatric, cosmetic, restorative, endo., ortho., implants,
and reconstructive dentistry. Our 10,000+ sq. ft. facility consists
of sixteen (16) operatories and is ergonomically designed for
comfort and maximum efficiency. You will not find a nicer, more
patient-centric facility to care for patients.This position
requires the ability to communicate effectively with patients and
teammates. It also requires excellent time management and
organizational skills. This position will be required to uphold our
standards around patient experience and customer service. Applicant
must have a strong work ethic as well as an outgoing personality
and positive attitude. Working interview required. Work experience
in a dental office preferred. Dental Assistants looking to make a
transition to front desk are also welcome to apply for this
position. Dentrix software experience preferred. This position will
be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:answer
phonesanswer patient questionsconfirm appointmentsverify dental
insurance benefitsestablish and maintain relationships with all
patientsschedule patient appointmentsproactively work to fill
hygiene and operative appointment openingscheck-in patients when
they arrivereview treatment plans and financing options with
patientscheck-out patients when appointments are completeprocess
payments for patientsperform other front desk functionsIf this
