Job Description:
Seeking a Registered Nurse in Hot Springs, SD for Acute Care
with a flexible 12-hour shift schedule.
Responsible for delivering direct or delegated nursing care,
including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, set realistic goals, and
provide patient and family education.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while adhering to
infection control policies.
Recognize symptoms, communicate effectively with the healthcare
team, and respond to emergencies.
Mentor and support staff, participate in ongoing education, and
assume leadership roles as needed.
Ensure safe, quality care in compliance with state regulations and
standards.
Qualifications include an active, unencumbered South Dakota RN
license. The position pays $34.00-$38.00/hour depending on
experience.
