RN secretary 7a-11p.REQUIRED SKILLSInterpretation and Mgmt of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Pre/POst Cardiac Cath,Peripheral Line Care and Management, PICC line management, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, Procedural Sedation Administration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Chest tubes-Emerson, Pleur-evac, External CPAP BIPAP, Tracheostomy ManagementFocus on the cardiac patient (Congestive Heart Failure, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Arrythmias, pre and post cardiac catheterization with and without intervention, rule out myocardial infarction, arrythmias, syncope, pacemaker placement). Secondary focus on respiratory problems (ex. COPD, pneumonia, Bipap)2A is a 30-private bed Cardiac Medical Progressive Care department that provides care 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Rooms are remotely monitored by the Centralized Cardiac Monitoring Department (CCMD).
