Pay Information $2,624 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: This position requires floating between units as needed. Evening and overnight shifts are required. Travelers may be placed on call for shifts when census drops. Travelers are expected to report within one hour of being called back. The ratio of patients to nurses is typically 1 to 5 or 6, with rare instances of 1 to 7. Travelers should be willing to float to similar acuities or lower. All assigned units may care for patients with COVID-19. Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exemptions accepted. Travelers may be floated between units based on the needs of the organization. Block scheduling may be accommodated, provided weekend coverage is maintained. All travelers must have a recent Nursys report included in their application.
