TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103! Pay Information $2,538 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: - IV Start - Telemetry - EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly lead to cancellation. The unit will accept first-time travelers. Locals are accepted. Target patient ratios are 1:6/7, with a maximum of 1:7 during critical staffing. Floating is required as needed. Every other weekend is required. The patient population consists of medical-surgical patients. The unit utilizes Pyxis and electronic charting systems. Scheduling is self-scheduled. Scrubs should be navy and/or white. Travelers cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours in a week. Candidates must be comfortable floating without restrictions or special requests. Candidates may float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital based on skill sets and census. Two manager/supervisor references from the past 12 months are preferred. References must be provided at the time of start.
