TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Pediatrics RN in Christiansburg, Virginia, 24073! Pay Information $1,978 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required: Travel experience required. Adult and Pediatric experience required. License: Active license required. Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine required. Flu Vaccine required. Must-Have: - Prior pediatric experience. - Charge experience preferred. - May be required to float. Description: Surgical Care Unit. 3x12 hour nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM. Patient ratios 1:4-5. Surgical patients include Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, and Spinal. Medical patients include PNA, COPD, Weakness, Pancreatitis, Diverticulitis, and wound infections, etc. Travelers are required to work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment. During winter holidays, travelers are required to work 2 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, NYE/New Years). Compliance documents are due Wednesday prior to Monday start. Local candidates are not accepted. Travelers who live within specific distances may be considered under certain conditions. Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before returning to work as a traveler. Travelers that end prior to specified date will be grandfathered under previous policies. Modules are non-billable if completed within the first 24 hours of onboarding. Modules may be completed pre-start or during orientation. Hours vary based on specialty.
