on/7 off or 14 on/14 off, Monday - Friday 11 - 18 patients per day
in CVICU with 500 - 600 annual cases First assist in OR, rounding
on floor and CVICU Call coverage 1:4 weekends CABG, EVH, RAH, open
and endo, LVAD, and open valve repair cases ACNP certification
