Job Description Licensed or provisionally licensed therapists
(LPC, LCSW, LMFT) are needed for part-time/full-time outpatient
therapy with children and adolescents in school and community
settings within Orange and Chatham Counties. Services include
individual, group, and family counseling, mostly during school
hours, with family sessions before or after school.
Responsibilities also encompass intake assessments, case
management, care coordination, and community-based sessions as
needed. Documentation must be submitted within 24 hours. Required
qualifications: Master’s degree in a human service field,
provisional or full licensure (LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT),
experience with youth, competency in various therapy modalities,
and credentialing with major insurance providers. Preferred
qualifications include training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and
experience working with youth. Position is primarily school and
community-based, with clinicians assigned to local schools. Must
pass a criminal background check and be willing to relocate to
Siler City, NC. Offers benefits such as health, dental, vision,
life insurance, paid time off, and bonus pay, with a salary range
of $51,686–$56,402 annually. Schedule is Monday through Friday with
flexible hours.
