Emergency Room Nurse Manager Roanoke, VA ( Relocation Offered Sign
on bonus $15,000) Awesome Advancement opportunities Shifts opened:
DAYS 7am-7pm and MIDS 3pm-11pm Are you an experienced ER nurse
leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a
dynamic Emergency Room Nurse Manager to join our leadership team
and help drive excellence in patient care, staff engagement, and
operational performance in a fast-paced emergency services
environment. . What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of the
Emergency Department (high-volume, acute setting). Support, mentor,
and develop ER staff to deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient
care. Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety
standards. Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and
hospital leadership to improve patient throughput and satisfaction.
Drive performance improvement initiatives and support a culture of
excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred,
AA Degree accepted if pursing BSN. Current RN license. 2 years of
recent Emergency Department (charge nurse, coordinator, or manager
level). Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving
skills. Demonstrated success in leading teams in a high-acuity ED
