The Role: •Location: Wilson NC •Assignment duration: Locum Obstetrics/Gynecologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing •The current need is for 24 hour hospital call. •Call Type: Beeper. •Practice Settings: Inpatient. •Required Specialty Skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, Repair of 3rd; 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology, Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA and 39;s, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA and 39;s. •Preferred Specialty Skills: VBAC and 39;s. •Fellowship: Preferred. •NRP, Electronic Fetal Monitoring with 2 years. •Licensed in NC only. •EMR: Paragon. •Credentialing: 30 - 60 days.
