Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,981 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Epic charting system experience required Description: Registered Nurse position available in a medical-surgical/telemetry unit. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling and aware of a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. Travelers may be required to float to different units as needed. The patient population includes observation patients and medical-surgical diagnoses. Responsibilities include managing dysrhythms and providing care for patients with respiratory conditions. Experience with charge nurse duties is preferred. Candidates will be required to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during onboarding. BLS certification is required, as well as other competencies relating to telemetry and medical-surgical care. Preparation for compliance is mandatory, including meeting deadlines for the required documentation. All candidates must demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in Epic as the charting system. Flexibility for weekend and holiday coverage is expected.
