Opportunity – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse – North
Carolina Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Charlotte, North
Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM), 36 hours per
week, every other weekend required Highlights: 8-10 bed PICU
serving pediatric patients ages 0-17 years Patient ratios of 1:2
based on acuity, occasionally 1:3 Manage diverse patient population
including respiratory, neurosurgery, and hematology/oncology cases
High volume of neurology post-operative patients 13-week assignment
with Epic charting system Float required as needed; no call
requirement Requirements: Minimum 2 years of PICU nursing
experience required Current BLS and PALS certifications required
Active North Carolina or Compact RN license (must be in hand at
start date) Epic charting experience required First-time travelers
accepted with minimum 2 years of experience Neurology experience,
chemotherapy administration, IV placement, and lab draw skills
preferred Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions
