Ivy Rehab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Director & Partner to lead one of our outpatient clinics. This pivotal role encompasses both clinical oversight and business management duties, aiming to ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining operational excellence. The Clinic Director & Partner will be responsible for directing all clinic activities, developing strategies for growth, and fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with our evidence-based, patient-centered care philosophy. This leader will also participate in community outreach and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring the clinic meets all industry standards while upholding Ivy Rehab's vision and values. Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the clinic Develop and implement strategies for patient retention, staff engagement, and business growth Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and developing professional growth opportunities Monitor clinic performance against metrics, making adjustments as necessary Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional standards Engage with the community to enhance clinic visibility and patient access to therapy services Collaborate with other Ivy Rehab network clinics to share best practices and resources Strong leadership and organizational skills Advanced knowledge of healthcare administration and clinical operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to formulate growth and innovative strategies Proficiency in compliance and regulatory requirements Financial acumen in managing budgets and financial documents Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist as required by state law Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE, CMPE) preferred
