working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Charlotte, North Carolina, 28207! Job Title: RN - MedSurg/Tele

license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Strong
Med/Surg and Telemetry skills - Ability to interpret cardiac
rhythms - Experience with trach care, PIV starts, and chest tube
management - Competency in medication drip management - Orthopedic
experience preferred Description: Registered Nurse (RN) needed for
MedSurg/Telemetry. This position requires a strong background in
Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing. Patients may include those with
conditions such as CHF, COPD, chest pain, and stroke symptoms.
Additional responsibilities will involve a variety of patient types
across different specialties. The RN will provide care in an
overflow unit supporting various inpatient units. Patient ratios
will typically be 1:5-6, with potential increases during high
volume periods. The facility is a non-teaching hospital and does
not have a trauma designation. Candidates should be willing to
float to different units as needed based on patient care
requirements. Travelers may be expected to work on holidays, with a
rotating weekend schedule. Up to 6 days off can be approved,
excluding holidays, with a requirement to extend the contract if
hours are not met. The dress code for the role includes navy
scrubs. Free parking is available on-site. This role requires
strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Candidates
should be adaptable and able to work collaboratively within a team.
Documentation will be done using electronic medical records. The
