Shift: 12-Hour Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years
of acute care experience required; prior travel experience
preferred. License: Active nursing license required.
Certifications: ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (Expires), BLS Must-Have:
Charge responsibility experience required. Description: Replacing
an existing position. The role involves caring for a patient
population with a mix of medical-surgical, telemetry, and cardiac
intermediate care acuity level patients. The RN will also engage
with patients who have neurological conditions and CVA diagnoses.
This assignment requires the RN to work 12-hour day shifts, ending
on Saturday. Team members must contribute to a supportive
environment when working with students and new hires. The unit
typically follows a schedule of 2 out of 3 weekends per month but
may vary based on unit needs. Candidates should be prepared for
possible cancellations due to census fluctuations. Charge
experience is preferred, and familiarity with electronic health
record systems is advantageous. Float requirements are not needed
for this position. All requested time off must be indicated upon
