Schedule 3x12-Hour Night Shift (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description The Registered Nurse in Telemetry will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients within a dynamic hospital setting, focusing on telemetry and neuro patients. This position requires the ability to monitor patients remotely and manage complex care scenarios, ensuring the best outcomes for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities - Monitor patients through telemetry, including remote and on-unit monitoring. - Administer blood products and manage IV therapy, including peripheral and central line care. - Provide wound care and assist with isolation precautions as necessary. - Manage feeding tube care and perform CVA and nasal cannula assessments. - Ensure adherence to patient ratios and deliver care based on best practices. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 2 years of experience required in telemetry nursing. - BLS and NIH certifications are required. - Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory. - Pass Fail EKG exam required. - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing is a must.
