36.00 Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
required. License: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in
the state of North Carolina. Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC)
required. Must-Have: Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an
accredited school of Nursing required. Description: Provides
competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional
standards. Responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care
utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting. Identifies and
meets personal learning needs and attends relevant education
programs. Uses patient education materials and assesses readiness
to learn. Identifies patient outcomes and revises care plans as
needed. Collaborates with the team to evaluate care and ensure
continuity. Provides safe, competent care for patients with complex
needs. Performs point-of-care testing and follows standards and
policies. Organizes and prioritizes care, consulting resources for
complex issues. Sets and achieves professional growth goals,

cost-effective care. Assesses patient needs, anticipates discharge,
