Join our Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT) program at Mosaic
Pediatric Therapy and fast track your experience hours through our
intensive training model and take the next step in your ABA career
as a BCBA! Why Mosaic? Compensation: $25/hr Fast-Track Your BCBA
Certification: Balance part-time direct service hours with
supervised fieldwork to complete your BCBA requirements while
getting full-time pay. Supportive Growth: Receive mentorship,

Experiences: Practice the applied skills necessary to provide
quality care when you become a BCBA. Career Advancement: Upon
certification, you’ll be offered a BCBA position at one of our
clinics in your region. What You’ll Do: Engage in applied practice
opportunities across varied clinical areas such as assessments,
parent training, supervision and feedback sessions to ensure
competence for your next role as a BCBA. Attend group supervision
sessions to learn from experienced clinicians and connect with
other students. Implement ABA interventions and Behavior
Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children with autism. Collect data
and analyze client progress to optimize treatment plans. Assist in
behavioral assessments and support other RBTs and staff.
Collaborate with families and the Mosaic team to ensure consistent
treatment implementation. Complete student units and fieldwork
hours as assigned by the Student Program Coordinator. Complete BCBA
mock exams and attend study groups to ensure preparation for the
BCBA exam. What We’re Looking For: RBT Certification with over 1000
hours of supervised practicum experience toward your BCBA
certification. Passion for helping children with autism thrive.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Desire to learn and
grow in your clinical skills to be best prepared for your next
career step as a BCBA. Completion of master’s degree or anticipated
completion of master’s degree within the next 6 months. As a BCBA
