are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and assistance to clients
in their homes. The ideal candidate must be reliable,
patient-focused, and skilled in safely using mobility equipment
such as a Hoyer lift. This position requires professionalism,
dedication, and the ability to support clients with dignity and
respect. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care services
including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
assistance. Assist with mobility and transfers, including the safe
use of a Hoyer lift and other durable medical equipment. Monitor
and record vital signs, changes in condition, and report concerns
promptly to the supervising nurse. Assist with feeding, including
meal preparation, G-tube feeding (if trained/assigned), and
ensuring proper nutrition. Support clients with activities of daily
living (ADLs) such as walking, positioning, and range of motion
exercises. Maintain a clean and safe environment, including light
housekeeping related to client care. Provide companionship and
emotional support to clients and their families. Document care
provided accurately and in compliance with agency policy and
state/federal regulations. Follow all HIPAA, infection control, and
safety protocols. Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to ensure
continuity of care. Requirements: Qualifications Current
certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in North
Carolina. Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or
hospital setting preferred. Ability to safely operate a Hoyer lift
and other mobility devices. Must be dependable, punctual, and
committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care
plans and work under the supervision of an RN. Valid driver’s
license and reliable transportation (if required for the
assignment). Physical & Working Conditions Frequent standing,
bending, lifting, and transferring clients (with assistive devices
when needed). Work performed in client homes, which may vary in
environment and conditions. Shifts may include evenings,
overnights, weekends, and holidays depending on client needs.
