Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our expanding team! At Triangle

mission-driven culture. What You'll Do: Conduct assessments to
evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric
clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to
address speech, articulation, fluency, and language delays.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
to support child development and progress. Provide therapy sessions
in clinic settings, as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of
evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes. Educate
families on strategies to support communication development at
home. Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy
and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. What
We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
from an accredited program. Valid state license or eligibility for
licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association (ASHA) preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
working with pediatric populations (preferred but not required for
exceptional candidates). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to
build rapport with children and families. Knowledge of
evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy. Ability to
work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Why
