Injury Physical Therapist Do you have ownership mindset? Do you

and ownership-minded Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team.
Our ideal candidate will have existing relationships with
physicians or the ability to build such relationships, ensuring the
best care for our clients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive
physical therapy services to patients with a focus on sports injury
rehabilitation. Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans using innovative and evidence-based techniques. Maintain an
ownership mindset, taking responsibility for patient outcomes and
clinic success. Build and maintain strong relationships with local
physicians, sports teams, and other healthcare providers. Offer
flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our diverse patient
population. Stay current with the latest research and advancements
in physical therapy and sports medicine. Educate patients and their
families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and
lifestyle modifications. Document patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Required
Skills Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited
program. Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Proven
experience in treating sports injuries and orthopedic conditions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
build and maintain professional relationships. Ownership-minded
with a proactive approach to patient care and clinic operations.
Open to innovative treatment options and continuous learning.
