implement nursing care for inmates, ensuring adherence to facility
protocols Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and
document all patient interactions Collaborate with multiple
healthcare team members to facilitate holistic care Educate
patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain
patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal
protocols Strong ability to assess and prioritize patient needs in
a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Capable of handling high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid LPN license in
the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
