Job Description:

compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join
our team. This role is pivotal in providing top-quality care and
support to patients while fostering a nurturing environment that
prioritizes clinical excellence. As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare,
you will use your clinical skills in a dynamic environment to
address a wide range of medical needs, ensuring that each patient
receives the personalized care they deserve. Administer medications
and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians. Monitor
patient vital signs regularly and report any significant changes to
the supervisory nurse or doctor. Assist in the implementation of
patient care plans and provide input to enhance care. Conduct basic
diagnostic tests as ordered by the onsite physician or nurse
practitioner. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure
confidentiality and security of data. Educate patients and their
families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Coordinate
with other nursing staff and healthcare professionals to ensure
optimal patient care. Ability to administer medications and carry
out treatment plans Strong observational skills and attention to
detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency
in electronic healthcare documentation and patient management
software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license in the state of employment CPR certification is
preferred
