This role is crucial in managing and overseeing the respiratory therapy department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and compliance with all regulatory standards. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work both in facility-based and home-based settings across 42 states, contributing to our mission of providing comprehensive patient care. Supervise the respiratory therapy team, overseeing patient care and ensuring treatment plans are properly implemented. Develop and implement protocols and policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate training and professional development opportunities for staff. Monitor and evaluate the latest respiratory therapies and technologies for potential implementation. Manage departmental staffing, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care. Maintain and review patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and technologies Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in data management and medical software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid and current state license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
