Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join
our team focused on providing top-tier patient-centered care in our
integrated healthcare services. As a leader in our inpatient
rehabilitation facility, you will supervise a team of nursing
staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care, and uphold
our standards of excellence. Your role will be pivotal in shaping
the patient experience and outcomes, aligning with our commitment
to excellence in inpatient rehabilitation and home-based care.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff and monitor their performance to
ensure high standards of care and compliance with policies.
Coordinate nursing operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
to optimize workflow and patient care. Participate in patient care
planning and oversee the implementation of treatment plans. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain up-to-date
knowledge of nursing practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the efficiency of
care delivery. Address and resolve any issues related to staffing,
patient complaints, or medical emergencies. Strong leadership and
team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Adept in clinical skills and nursing practice standards.
Ability to handle high-stress environments and make critical
decisions. Experience in patient care planning and healthcare
regulations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified Nurse Manager
and Leader (CNML) or similar recommended.
